Mike Ross has been commissioned to create a new sculpture for Seattle’s upcoming Capitol Hill light rail station. Working with station architect David Hewitt, he proposed to transform two decommissioned military jets into bird-like shapes, suspended above the center platform. The sculpture is currently undergoing final design before fabrication. |
